Pear fruit is regarded as tender and white as snow. It has a high water content and a sweet taste. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it can help with human body fluids, thirst and appetite: so beneficial to human health. In family, peeling can be completed with a fruit knife; but for continuous large-scale application, this is undoubtedly a big challenge.
For this purpose, we have launched a pear peeling and coring machine. This equipment integrates peeling and coring functions, and is suitable for processing pears, apples and peaches.
The peeling rate is high while the flesh damage rate is low. It has a capacity of processing 400 fruits per hour. The core components can ensure the stable and high-speed operation of the equipment. In order to meet the needs of large-scale canned fruit production, we also designed a double-station peeling machine, which greatly improved production efficiency.
